“May grey” and “June gloom” are LA’s closest relatives to my beloved New England winters. The warming spring temperatures effect the land more quickly than the ocean, creating a constant landward wind, leaving a flat ceiling of clouds penned over my San Gabriel valley by the Traverse Range. Long story short, it’s been a cool and muted spring this year, even more so than normal, but I love it.
Days like these mean early wake-ups to hear the birds, quiet afternoons on the deck, and lots of time writing new music. So much writing that I’m afraid I slacked off on writing other things, this newsletter included, and afforded myself a bit of an accidental vacation. Well, needless to say, vacation is over. And to make up for lost time here’s something I’ve had more than a few requests for: the chords (and lyrics) to my songs!
So I spent this morning putting together…
AUSTINWEBER.INFO/CHORDS-AND-LYRICS
Here, you’ll find all the chords and lyrics to almost all of my songs. I hope you’ll enjoy working on my old stuff while I’m working on my new stuff!
Much love,
Austin
